The massive, all-inclusive family resort of Beaches at Turks & Caicos will impress beyond belief. Designed with 5 distinct villages (the newest opening in early 2026), visitors have the opportunity to choose their style. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful with each amenity and room layout designed with families in mind.
Why We Love Beaches Turks & Caicos
Selection of Rooms: There are four different designed villages: Seaside, Key West, Caribbean, and Italian. Each village has its unique ambiance and selection of layouts.
Amount of kid-friendly activities: Our kids were never bored! Most days they were wiped out by the amount of play and entertainment they found.
Staff Service: Excellent service all around. This is the standard for Sandals and Beaches but we were very impressed by the ability to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness.

Cons of Beaches Turks & Caicos
Cost: The cost of going to Beaches Turks & Caicos for a family of four was a small fortune. It’s not the best for affordability, but what we got out of the experience was worth it!
Quality of food: In our opinion, the food ranges from delicious to mediocre.
Who Would Love Beaches Turks & Caicos
Families small and large will love this resort. The entertainment options are endless! Couples looking for some private time away from the kids will enjoy the Kids Camps. They cater to all ages up to 17, include a special needs program, and have certified nannies.
Before you arrive
I recommend researching room layouts and the varying villages before booking. Look at flights along with the booking to ensure you are understanding the full scope of cost: family vacations are quite spendy! I booked directly through the Beaches website; they conveniently include flights as a booking option from your home city.
Arrival
We flew into PLS, Providenciales International Airport from our home city of Miami (yes, this was much cheaper than other locations in the U.S.). Beaches offers complimentary shuttles for guests to the resort so there is no anxiety over hiring a driver or finding a taxi after landing. The resort is a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Before arriving, fill out the online check-in form on the Beaches website for a smooth transition.
Rooms
Rooms at Beaches Turks & Caicos are broken down into three tiers: Butler Elite, Concierge, and Luxury.
- Butler accommodations include every amenity imaginable with butler service for your family’s every need. It is also the most expensive room option.
- Concierge is mid-range, you will not have a personal butler, however, your family has concierge agent service to assist you in planning, reserving tables, and the like.
- Luxury rooms will be the most pocket-friendly without concierge or butler service. This selection has basic rooms, however, you’re still getting an all-inclusive vacation, it’s hardly basic!
Another thing to consider with the rooms here are the varying villages. There are 4 to choose from (soon to be 5). Families can book at the new village, Treasure Beach, starting in 2026. The current villages are Seaside, Key West, Caribbean, and Italian.
We opted for the Italian Oceanfront Concierge Family Suite with Kids room. It was everything we could hope for with plenty of space for all of us, an ocean view, and proximity to the beach.
Villages at Beaches Turks & Caicos
Each village has its own personality, architectural style, and atmosphere, so no matter what type of experience you’re looking for, there’s an area that fits your vacation style.
Italian Village
Best for: Families who want spacious suites and a central location
The Italian Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos offers spacious suites designed with families in mind, featuring separate kid-friendly sleeping areas for added comfort. Centrally located, this village provides easy access to restaurants, pools, and the beach, making it one of the most convenient areas of the resort. Guests can enjoy the largest pool on the property, complete with a swim-up bar and stunning fountains, perfect for relaxation and fun. This area is also just steps from the beach. Dining options are also a highlight, with Marios and Bella Napoli Pizzeria just steps away.

French Village
Best for: Guests looking for a more secluded and peaceful stay with a more modest budget.
The French Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos is a peaceful and budget-friendly retreat, set further back from the beach to provide a tranquil atmosphere. It is home to the largest pool at the resort, complete with a swim-up bar, making it a great place to unwind.
Guests can enjoy delicious French pastries and coffee at Café de Paris, while Le Petit Château offers elevated fine dining. The French Village is an excellent choice for families with younger kids or couples looking for a quieter, more affordable option while still having access to all the resort’s amenities. This resort is also close to the waterslides and kid friendly food options like the Mac & Cheese truck and Bobby Dee’s. The main con is the distance from the beach.

Caribbean & Seaside Village
Best for: Guests who love an island-style, relaxed atmosphere
The Caribbean & Seaside Village is one of the original sections of the resort, featuring colorful beachfront buildings, lush tropical gardens, and a more laid-back vibe. This is one of the best places to stay if you want to be close to the beach without the higher price tag of the Italian Village. This is where we stayed and loved it!
Key West Village
Best for: Guests looking for private getaway close to the beach.
The Key West Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos is the most luxurious and secluded section of the resort, offering a tranquil, upscale retreat on the far end of the property. Featuring private villas and suites, many with oceanfront views and private pools, this village provides a high-end, residential-style experience perfect for those seeking privacy and exclusivity.
The village is also home to some of the resort’s best dining options, including Sky, a stunning rooftop restaurant, and Bayside, offering open-air seaside dining. With spacious accommodations, Key West Village is particularly well-suited for multi-generational families or those wanting a private, villa-style experience while still having access to the full range of resort amenities.

Which Village Should You Choose?
Village | Best For | Vibe | Proximity to Beach | Top Features |
---|---|---|---|---|

Caribbean & Seaside Village | Laid-back beach lovers | Casual & Tropical | Right on the beach | Affordable beachfront rooms, authentic vibe |
Key West Village | Luxury travelers & multi-gen families | Private & Upscale | Direct beachfront access | Butler service, private pools, high-end feel |
Beach
Consistently ranked among the top beaches in the world, Grace Bay offers 12 miles of powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, making it an ideal spot for relaxation, adventure, and stunning ocean views. We stayed at the beach for most of the time we were at Beaches Turks and Caicos.
The sand is soft, white, and free of rocks or seaweed, while the water is calm, warm, and impossibly clear, creating a perfect paradise for beach lovers. Thanks to the barrier reef located offshore, the water remains gentle and shallow, making it safe for swimming, even for kids.
We loved swimming in the ocean, but also snorkeling. We brought our own snorkels and were able to see all types of fish from the beach, and even a sea turtle and a stingray.

Above everything else at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the beach is the showstopper and the reason this beach is a favorite for so many.
Pools
Beaches Turks & Caicos has so many pools to enjoy during your stay. Most guests simply go with the pool closest to their room and stay there throughout the day.
There are 10 pools, 4 whirlpools, and 1 scuba diving pool are available for families at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

Several pools feature swim-up bars, making it easy to grab a cocktail while enjoying the water. Whether you prefer a lively atmosphere or a quiet, secluded spot, there’s a perfect pool for everyone at Beaches Turks & Caicos!
Food
The resort offers 20 restaurants to choose from, 3 food trucks, and 14 bars for the adults. The kids raved about the endless toppings and frozen yogurt at “Yoyo, Froyo”. At dinners, we stuck to a few of our favorites: Kimonos for Asian fusion and traditional Carribbean cuisine at Sapodillas.
Breakfast
For breakfast there are several options. We would start our days at Cafe de Paris for iced carmel lattes. We went to the buffet options in the mornings when we wanted a very quick meal, but also tried several of the a la carte restaurants. We loved the variety of options available and that each menu was slightly different. Barefood by the sea was our favorite followed by Bayside.

Lunch
For lunch the options are more casual than dinner. There are several options with buffets including Bayside, Arizona’s, Reflections and Giuseppe’s. There are a few a la carte restaurants which are ok, but we didn’t like the extra time for a full sit down meal.
Our choice for lunch were the food trucks and pizza. There are three options to get pizzas, but make sure you put in your order early so you don’t have a long wait. There is a Mac & Cheese food truck and a jerk food truck. Each of these options made it easy to get quick, tasty food.

Dinner
For Dinner, there are tons of options and all of the restaurants have kid-friendly menu options.

Entertainment
Each night, Beaches Resorts has entertainment for the entire family. Our favorite entertainment is the beach parties; there are fire eaters, limbo dancers, and a spread of food and drinks. It never fails to be a good time.
For young guests, there is child care, Sesame Street Parade, fun shows and character meets and greets. For teens there is an Xbox Play Lounge and Shadow Lounge with pool tables, air hockey and even a DJ scratch desk. At night Club Liquid is open for teens from 9:30 – 11pm.

There is a schedule of live performances including musical productions, fire dancing shows, steel drum bands, and reggae music.
For adults seeking nightlife, Club Liquid transforms into an adults-only nightclub in the evening, featuring DJ music, a lively dance floor, and creative cocktails. Special events such as silent discos, karaoke nights, and talent shows go a little later into the evening.
Activities
Beaches Turks & Caicos includes tons of activities for everyone. While some guests may enjoy relaxing by the pool or beach all day, there are ons of ways to has thought of everything to keep guests occupied.

I loved getting to play with my teenagers at the basketball courts or lawn chess. Other land activities include tennis, beach volleyball, board games, and golf at Ochos Rios.
On the water, families can go windsurfing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. We tried it all but our best day as a family was spent sailing with the Hobie Cats.
For certified divers, the resort offers unlimited scuba diving, or you can take scuba certification courses for an additional fee.
Pirates Island Waterpark is a must-visit attraction. This massive waterpark includes thrilling waterslides, a lazy river, a surf simulator, and a splash zone for younger kids.
Excursions
Everything from ATV tours to sailing in on a family catamaran are available excursions during your stay. We enjoyed The Emerald Reef Snorkeling & Iguana Adventure Tour. It was incredible and we were able to see rock iguanas sea turtles, and the vibrant coral reefs.

We allowed our teenagers to take an excursion of their own, the “Catamaran Cruise For Teens”. This unique outing allowed our young adults to make friends and feel independent from us while we enjoyed time to ourselves. The cruise is exclusive to teens and keeps them entertained with a live DJ and inflatable slide.
Comparison to other Beaches Resorts
Beaches at Turks and Caicos takes the cake in our opinion. Generally, it is more expensive, yes. However, what you gain as a result is worth it. The beach is phenomenal compared to Beaches Ochi, which is a less expansive beach to walk. Beaches Negril compares as it’s on the famous Seven Mile Beach, but we enjoyed the beach at Turks and Caicos so much more. We loved the layout of the resort and the options of distinct villages. Any Beaches Resort is sure to fulfill and please your family, but our vote is Turks and Caicos!
